Can I pay with credit or debit cards in the farm park?
We take Visa, Visa Debit, Connect Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express. We welcome them at reception, in the restaurant and in the shop. There is a minimum spend of £10 required but we are able to offer cashback.
When does the farm park open and close?
Opening Times for 2012:
- Sun 25th March - Sunday 27th October: Daily 10am - 5:30pm
- Sun 28th October - Sunday 23rd December - Daily 10am - 4pm
- Mon 24th December - Saturday 2nd February - Closed
I have Satellite Navigation – what’s your postcode?
BH16 6EU will get you near us, look for the brown tourist signs for Farmer Palmer's from A35 or A351.
Caution: Sat Nav can turn you left at the Organford Post office but we have put a sign on the post box turning you right to correct this.
Do you provide access for those with disabilities?
Yes, our doors are wide enough for wheelchairs / double pushchairs and we also have ramps. For more details visit our Disabled Access page.
Is there a provison for smoking on site?
Only in our 'Doggie House' built away from the main buildings near the Woodland Walk entrance.
(We felt it was safer to offer smokers this service and keep an eye on them rather than find someone having a crafty one near hay/straw!)
Can I bring dogs onto the site?
Sorry, we only allow guide dogs onto the site but we provide two kennels free of charge if required by the entrance. You can go out as often as you like (with a hand stamp) to check on your pet.
What is the First Aid policy?
First Aid boxes are located at the Admissions Desk in the Main Entrance and by the till in the main restaurant. Our policy is on display and in the newsletter, the public can contact any member of staff. Trained General and Paediatric First Aiders are always on site.
