My family visited your premises last Sunday 30/03/08. Whilst we were there my daughter became very unwell and paramedics were called. Fortunately, she recovered and now we are home we will be seeking medical advice abouit the causes of her condition.

We were very pleased by the way that your staff handled the situation. I did take the opportunity to thank your staff at the time , but I would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks once more. Before the incident took place we had commented on how good the staff were. We were particularly suprised by the quality of your younger staff. In many places they tend to be unhelphful and impolite. Your staff were extremely pleasant, polite and actually sought opportunities to help. We were very impressed by them and I hope that you will pass on comments.
