Dear All

I wanted to write and say a big 'thank you' for a fabulous birthday party you gave Louis and Sukie yesterday.

From the moment we entered the farm everything went so smoothly. The ladies who greeted us on reception were extremely helpful and made sure we all knew exactly what we were doing and when, and ensured that we didnt miss out on any of the activities.

The lady who was responsible for our birthday lunch was really, really good with both us adults and all the children - she even managed to persuade Louis to eat his lunch, when all he wanted to do was get to the soft play area!! (now that really was an achivement!).

The man doing the tractor ride was very cheerful and helpful, and ensured that we all managed to get on the same ride.

All in all we all had a great day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. For some of our guests it was their first visit to Farmer Palmers, and everyone, without exception, said they would definitely be back.

So thank you all for a lovely birthday for Louis and Sukie. All the staff deserve great praise - you obviously have a very happy and extremely competent team there!
