Dorset Business Award - NatWest Excellence in Customer Service (2009) – Judges comment: Phillip and Sandra Palmer and all at Farmer Palmer's Farm Park are worthy winners due to their attention to detail and dedication to provide an outstanding level of service. The ethos of the management team demonstrated to the panel all of the key attributes required to win this award.
Dorset Business Award - The Dorset Tourism Award (2009) – Sponsored by Dorset Business (the Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and P H Warr plc. Judges comment: The judges agreed that the quality and value of the winning entrant was matched by the quality of the entry.
The entry submitted by Farmer Palmer's Farm Park clearly stated the corporate objectives and was supported by professional marketing materials, well-documented customer testimonials from a broad target market, evidence of a focused and competent staff training and development programme as well as a clear relationship to other tourism offerings in Dorset.
