Customer Services All our staff wear uniform and each department has a radio, they are dedicated to making sure your day is as enjoyable as possible, assisting you with everything from directions to first aid to locating a lost child, or even a lost adult!
Lost Property
Please keep all bags and valuables with you at all times, do not leave unattended, we accept no responsibility for unattended or lost property.
Lost Children
Any lost children should be reported to/or brought to the shop or restaurant where a member of staff will help. A suggested meeting point is at the front of the Hen House Restaurant, near the railings.

1st Aid Information
If accident/sting occurs please ask a member of Staff At the Restaurant or Shop for access to certain minor first aid equipment for administration by yourself/an adult. Unfortunately there is no legal responsibility for us to provide or administer First Aid to the public. In the case of an emergency – the Fire assembly point is in the field by the animal pens and the picnic tables.

Service Dogs
Sorry, we only allow guide dogs on site, but we do provide 2 kennels (with padlocks) in the carpark for use FREE OF CHARGE
