Our yellow key fob cards are for each individual but children under 3 are still FREE in 2009.

Post a cheque Just state your existing Season ticket card number and names on the back of the cheque and any change of address or phone number. If you have a child turning 3 or wish to buy a new Annual Pass, then please download a Annual Pass application form, fill out all the details required and send with a cheque.

Return to Shop Dept, Farmer Palmer's Farm Park, Organford, Poole, Dorset BH16 6EU with your cheque. We will issue your 2010 pass and hold it in the Shop for you to collect when you next visit.

ANNUAL PASS REGULATIONS 2010

Please familiarise yourself with the following regulations BEFORE purchasing an annual pass. As a condition to purchase your pass you agree to the following:

• The pass card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, it will need to be renewed on its anniversary.
• Our computer must hold a current corresponding photo of the member, which will be checked upon entry. Our Data Protection Policy promises no photos held on computer and no address information will be passed on to any third party.
• The pass card entitles the named member free entrance into the Farm Park. Please note we are always shut for approx 7 weeks at the end of December and January
• All passes will be bar coded and can only be used by the individual named on the card.  All passes are NON TRANSFERABLE from person to person.
• The pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or named events that are run by outside organisations.
• Farmer Palmer’s is continually replacing and improving equipment, attractions and facilities and introduces new ones. In line with this, we reserve the right to withdraw any attraction or to close part or all of the Park, at any time, without prior notice or compensation. Should we be forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret memberships cannot be extended or monies refunded.
• All prices can be subject to change.
• The pass remains the property of the Farm Park at all times and can be withdrawn at the Management’s discretion.
• If you intend to renew your membership in future years you need to keep this original card. Replacement cards will cost £1.00
• I understand it is my responsibility to update you with any change of address, telephone number or email address.

An annual pass bought at the beginning of a visit will include that day’s entrance.

Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and the management reserve the right to allow refunds at their discretion only.

If you have not visited the Farm Park before then we will refund the days entrance off an annual pass if purchased on the same day.
