April 2021 Update from Farmer Palmer’s

It’s been so wonderful to see familiar faces around the park this month and to welcome new visitors too. We’ve had a baaarilliant first few weeks of bouncing back after lock-down. Thank you so much for your support.

Adjustment to Opening Times

Due to the Government restrictions on numbers, operating at reduced capacity is causing you booking problems. How could we overcome this?

We recognise, and apologise that we have let people down that have not been able to visit as we have been fully booked.

Therefore we are adapting, and evolving! We will now be opening on our ‘Split Session’ format for the 5 weekends between June Half Term and when the children break up for summer. We strongly advise you to book tickets/reserve your Pass Holder visits at least 72 hours in advance. We cannot book for you.

Reception team with scanners at Farmer Palmer's

How you can get through the door FASTER

We are now operating a new system, we MUST scan your booking confirmation barcode on arrival. Please have it ready for the team.

By scanning in we get to see who our top fans are, and it’s really useful when Pass Holders ask us how many times they’ve been – by scanning in, we have that info available at the click of a button! This is great if you’re undecided whether to renew your pass based on how many visits you’ve made.

If you’re caught in a queue on the way in, this may be because someone hasn’t had their code ready. So please make sure you’re ready to scan in when it’s your turn. We need your barcodes to make the admission system is as efficient as possible. Help us to help you.

Top Tip: Take a screenshot of your booking ready to present to the front desk (it’s so much easier than scrawling through your emails on the day).

Remember: Even if you have added tickets to your basket this does not mean your visit is guaranteed, you must complete payment to secure your booking.

We support VisitEngland’s Campaign: Escape the Everyday…Responsibly

Dorset is a popular holiday destination for families from across the country. We love welcoming visitors to come and enjoy this beautiful part of the world that we are lucky enough to call home.

Sadly, last summer our county experienced a lot of disrespectful behaviour from visitors. VisitEngland are currently running a campaign with a strong message to try and ensure this doesn’t happen again in 2021.

This year, we want Dorset to be featured in national news for the right reasons.

Please support the VisitEngland campaign with us.

Cleaning the bouncy castle at Farmer Palmer's

Scrub-A-Dub, Bubbles and Bounce!

Rob’s been at it again! Our moovelous maintenance chap had his very own foam party prior to re-opening, making sure the BIG cow bouncy castle was squeaky clean for your little ones to enjoy.

Admittedly we slightly underestimated how popular this was going to be so we quickly came up with a new set of play rules.

The bouncy castle will be monitored by a team member on busy days. We are allowing a max. number of 10 children at a time, in 3 minute sessions. Children are welcome to re-queue for another turn.

Reminder: to ensure fair play our Go Karts are working in a similar way, one lap around the track and then re-queue if you’d like another turn.

In this way we can make sure all visitors have an opportunity to play on the equipment. Thank you for your understanding, patience and cooperation.

Annual Pass Conversions are BACK!

This month we have brought back Annual Pass Conversions. We will deduct a visitor’s admission ticket price off of the cost of a BRAND NEW pass if bought on-site at the front desk. This is a great option for those who want to come and see what it’s like here first, before paying out for an Annual Pass.

New Passes purchased onsite do not include the online discount (see onsite cost below) but we will deduct your admission ticket cost.

Adults £75.00, Children 3+ £75.00, 2 Year Olds £37.50, OAP £70.00, Disabled/Carer £70.00
