Cancellation Information: Annual Pass Holders

If you want to cancel your booking you can do this from your Customer Portal, via the Annual Pass Page.

Simply sign in to the system using your email address. You do this in the same way you reserved your tickets. Once logged in you can click to cancel your tickets.

Cancellations: We are tracking all ticket cancellations and thank you if you do this in advance.

No shows. Regular no shows or late cancellations at busy times may prevent us renewing your pass.

Refunds do not apply to Annual Pass Holder visits.

Cancellation information: Non-Pass Holders 

Paid Tickets: We have a swap date policy if you cannot visit for some reason. If is is at least 72 hours before the original booking date we will do this free of charge. If within 72 hours of your original date we can do this but there is a £10 per booking charge.

We totally understand plans change but the sheer volume of swap requests has become unsustainable. Therefore, we need to remind customers you enter into an agreement with us to come and it is unfair to take the spaces others may want.  Reasons have included

  1. booked the wrong day
  2. children accidentally booking tickets,
  3. wanting to go another day now as it is more convenient
  4. it looks like it is going to rain. There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing 🙂

Therefore we wish to remind you of the following:

As with any financial banking transaction, you are asked to

  1. Review your purchase before ticking the terms and conditions
  2. Then check your purchase before pressing pay,
  3. You have time to change your mind before manually typing in all billing details
  4. Be sure before proceeding to checkout.
  5. Once purchased your transaction is binding.

We Can Swap Tickets For You, But There Is A Charge

If you would like us to change it for you please email shop@farmerpalmers.co.uk with:

  1. Your full name,
  2. A contact number so we can call you and take payment,
  3. Purchase order number,
  4. The number of tickets purchased
  5. Your preferred alternative date and session time. (these will be subject to availability and must be within 28 days of your original order date)

Please note we are not able to book tickets on your behalf.

Lockdowns: In the event of another lockdown; day tickets already booked and paid for will be refunded via our online system. Any Annual Passes purchased will NOT be extended further to cover lost time.

All tickets must be booked via online systems.

In the event of a closure due to circumstances beyond our control, if refunds are offered, they will be given less any card payment provider fees.
