Newsflash: Farmer Palmer’s puts a hold on their Annual Pass sales!
The covid crisis has brought a bucket full of challenges to Dorset’s favourite farm park attraction. Like many local businesses, we’ve had to adapt to survive!
A major obstacle to overcome was to give our loyal Annual Pass holders (with valid passes between 21st March and the opening date) the opportunity to claim back any ‘lost play time’ due to the lock down.
You’ve been filling our hearts with Joy
Many pass holders have kindly donated the time straight back to us and this has filled our hearts with joy!
“Just wanted to let you know that our grandson, too, has been asking why we have not been coming to Farmer Palmer’s recently, since buying our annual passes we have usually been able to get there on a weekly basis and he really misses you all. It has been lovely to receive the regular updates/news and we are all looking forward to coming back. As a pass holder we do not want to be refunded for lost weeks and some of our relatives have contributed to your GoFundMe appeal.” (GoFundMe is now closed)
We currently have over 5800 Annual Pass Holders so the team are going to be “typing up a storm” to get all the changes on the system before we re-open (DATE T.B.C) . . .
Challenging Times for the Team
The team are also facing yet another time challenge: To ensure any NEW Annual Passes are created and registered on the system prior to re-opening. Fingers poised over the keys girls!
To help our team; the lovely Charlie and Yaz! We have made the decision to CLOSE the Annual Pass System from Monday 22nd June – Friday 26th June 2020. This will give them the chance to catch up and make sure all you special VIPs are set up on the system before opening. It’s so important to us to ensure your visits run as smoothly as possible.
Therefore, between 22nd – 26th June (inclusive) you will NOT be able to BUY or RENEW ANY Annual Passes using our Online System.
However, if you have a pass that’s due for RENEWAL during this week of closure, please email email@example.com directly and the team will be able to help you with your renewal over the phone. Please include your name and contact number so the team can help you. If you are planning on buying a new pass, please make sure you do this before the 22nd June.
This week is crucial for our team to focus on getting all our “ducks in a row”. All ready for re-opening our doors and welcoming you back to your favourite farm park.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
