We recently received our full VisitEngland report on the whole Farm Park and we are super proud of our exceptional team and the wonderful customer service they deliver.

The VisitEngland assessor scored our team so highly that they have now been recommended for a VisitEngland ‘Welcome’ Accolade. We are hoping to hear news of this later in the year so will keep you posted!
VisitEngland offer a Quality Assurance Scheme (VAQAS) which attractions such as Farmer Palmer’s can use to gain an unbiased viewpoint on the quality of the service and product they deliver. Farmer Palmer’s welcomes this assessment each year because it helps us to identify new areas for development and to ensure we continue to improve on our attraction year after year for our visitors.
