Online Annual Pass System Upgrade!
Farmer Palmer’s Annual Pass online purchasing system and shop scanning process is having an exciting upgrade.
Here’s what you need to know:
How do I purchase a new pass?
It is as simple 1. click your mouse over the words BUY PASS 2. Complete the online registration details 3. Go through to the secure server for payment 4. Ask in the shop within 3 working days (allow a little more time at School Holidays please) and you will receive your Brand new card, key fob and welcome wallet.
Renewals in March/April 2017 – We are changing how you renew. Please use the ‘RENEW NOW’ button, you will need your existing pass number.
How do I purchase during this time?
Soon we will give you dedicated renewal emails telling you when they expire – Yippee. Until then please contact our friendly team in the shop. They will handle all renewals during your visit OR you can simply phone 01202 622022. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org with the Full Names and pass number to check when your’s expires. (replies within 36 hours)
What does this mean for you?
You can still use your current passes (if you are already part of the family!) but we will need to key in your number – and give your a brand new replacement card (they are pretty).
Will I get new cards?
New cards will be issued to everyone who has renewed or purchased new ones. These will be ready during April.
Do I get loyalty rewards as a pass holder?
You already get your birthday child FREE when you book a party, and unlimited adults. Some of you kindly took part in our recent Survey Monkey Feedback, awesome ideas! We like to build in your desires so the plan is taking shape for even more rewards and special offers!
