Reserving Pass Holder Visits to Farmer Palmers is ESSENTIAL

Our annual pass reservation system is up and running. We have released tickets up to 3 months ahead to help you plan your summer.

We’ve had to drastically reduce admission numbers to be able to comply with government guidelines on social distancing.

Please note: We are being sensible with allocation and building up steadily with less on day one than day 3 so we can all learn the new way together and ensure it is not stressful for our team.

As reservations may be popular we ask you to be ORGANISED, and PATIENT. In the same way I had to learn if places in my gym classes quickly went, then I needed to prioritize.

Tickets are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will be releasing a few weeks at a time initially.

Once the system is up and running, we anticipate tickets to be available up to 5 days in advance.

Question: How do I book to reserve space/book a ticket for my under 2 yr old?

There is NO REQUIREMENT to book in under 2’s. They are free to come in and the annual pass system only recognizes valid pass holders. Bring them with you and you will not be turned away. We have statistics to calculate capacity knowing how many under 2’s usually visit day by day.

Question: What do I do If my child is ill and I need to cancel?

We totally understand children get ill and YOU CAN DELETE RESERVATIONS IN YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SIGN IN.

Annual Pass Holder Only Week: 4th July t0 10th July

all visitors to the farm park have to pre-book so we can keep an eye on how many people are on the farm at any time and comply with the Government’s 21 day traceability regulations.

Update Sept 2020: Additional Terms and Conditions related to Covid-19: Due to the impact on the business, we will be exercising Clause 6: “Should we be forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret memberships cannot be extended or refunded.” Due to Covid-19’s unpredictability, we are unable to give extensions if the Government decides to enforce another  lockdown on us.
