We’re Getting Ready to Re-Open Farmer Palmer’s

Tickets Are Now On Sale for 2021

The 12th of April can’t come fast enough and the animals and our brilliant team are ready to welcome you.

As you can imagine we are still having to cap visitor numbers.
Having child length sessions, with fewer people, was so popular last year we have kept this format. This will also help gently ease the animals (and our team) back into customer care.

What’s happening with Birthday Parties at Farmer Palmer’s?

We are super excited about trying to come up with a new type of birthday party offering for you. While the Government roadmap means attractions cannot arrange groups and must keep to bubbles of 6, we can definitely put our thinking caps on!

If we started slowly, what do you think about us doing one bespoke party per day, with say a shorter visit to keep your costs down, and include; cake, children’s food, and party bags plus an experience we may not offer in the park.

Our New idea is that you join in the other things on the farm park but we put on;

  • an animal experience just for your party just before you leave or
  • a half-hour session in the indoor soft play.

If we are allowed to “organise groups” by June we will have an option ready for you. Let us know what your little one would love to do here for their birthday.

Have you ‘herd’? You can now Adopt our Animals!

Why are we doing this? To connect with people who are not lucky enough to actually walk through the door and see the animals regularly.

We have spoken to zoos and other farm parks that have created Adopt an Animal Schemes and realise that giving people the choice to get involved from their own home is key.

There are TWO levels of adoption packages to choose from: Who will you choose?

Pigs, Guinea Pigs, Sheep or Cows?
Postage will be each week, on Tuesdays. Please allow 7-10 days for your adoption pack to arrive before contacting us.

8th April – Planned April Launch of “LIVE on the FARM” animal Farm cams!

When we were approached by a fantastic group of Bournemouth people about having little cameras in careful locations within the animal pens we were intrigued. Imagine people who can not visit us being able to see the guinea pigs from their sofa or simply handing their precious phone over to keep little one occupied – Magical. You know us, if you don’t try you’ll never know!

Installation starts this week (29.03.21)! We are planning a brand NEW subscription service so you can watch some of our animals from the comfort of your sofa! From just £8 a month, you get a super special login to access 4 different cameras at the farm park. Are you curious about what the animals get up to? Spring Cleaning Your Old Favourite

We couldn’t find a cobbler to make repairs to “Mother Hubbards” old shoe, so we are bringing it back to life ourselves! The upper may need a clean and lick of paint but the bottom is firm!

NEW TICKETING SYSTEM Q&A’s

Please check out our commonly asked questions about the new ticket system.

Q: I’m pressing the buttons to book tickets via your link but they are not working. What do I do?

A: Try clearing your browser history/cache and try again. If you’re still having problems, please contact us.

Q: How do I know if the date I want to book is full?

A: Click on the date you would like to visit and the system will show you how many spaces there are available.

Q: How do I change/cancel my booking?

A: Please read the details in your email confirmation

Q: I have received my confirmation but there isn’t a barcode? Do I need to do anything?

A: Please don’t worry, we will have your booking information to cross check on our system when you get here.

Q: I haven’t received an email confirmation, what should I do?

A: Please email shop@farmerpalmers.co.uk and we will resend you a copy.

Q: When Do The Renewals Prices Go Up?
A: 4th April 2021

Q: Can I have the 2020 Renewal Price for a New Pass?

A: No, Renewal prices ONLY apply to renewed passes. If you want to add another family member to your account, and they haven’t had a pass before, they will need a NEW pass at full price.

Q: How Do I reserve my space

Q: How do I cancel a Pass Holder reservation if I am no longer able to visit or have reserved the wrong day/session?

Q: WILL I GET THE 2020 PRICE IF I BUY IN MARCH – IN TIME TO BOOK ONLINE?
A: Yes, we have held the 2020 renewal price. We have temporarily removed the 30-day renewal cut-off. So, if you renew 30+ days after your normal expiry date you will still be charged the 2020 renewal price (until a week before we re-open). This will be turned back on, once we are open.

Q: Why can’t I renew my pass early to get the discount?
A: Passes can only be renewed up to one month early, i.e. if your pass is due to expire on 1st July, you can only renew from 1st June.

Q: Are passes being extended due to lockdown?
A: No (Should we be forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret memberships cannot be extended or refunded.)

Q: Can you tell me when my pass is due to expire?
A: You can check the expiry date of any pass linked to your account. To check the date, you will need to log into your account. You do not need to ask our team to this for you.

Q: We did not use our pass last year due to lockdown; can I have a refund?
A: Yes. We will look at your usage and deduct it from the price you paid. We look at each request on an individual basis. There are many different factors we must take into consideration before we can offer a refund. Please email your request to passes@farmerpalmers.co.uk

Q: Are other prices going up like the Tractor Ride and Restaurant Food?
A: Tractor rides stay the same, a couple of delicious meals are going up 25p in the restaurant but we are holding almost all of 2020 prices.

Q: Can I still use my Bump to Baby Trial Pass
A: No, we are not able to accept any free entry passes whilst we are recovering from the impact of the pandemic. All Bump to Baby Passes expired December 2020. We are considering re-branding this product in the future.

Q: Is the ‘Me or You Pass’ still an option?
A: If you have an existing Me or You Pass, you can still reserve your visits. However, once these passes expire you will need to purchase individual passes as these passes are no longer available.
