Free Family Entry Tickets
We can accept 1 Free Family Entry Ticket per day which must be booked in with our team.
If you have a Free Family Entry Ticket that expired in 2020 we have extended the voucher to 30th October 2021. We cannot extend the vouchers past this date if not used.
The terms and conditions on the voucher still apply e.g. cannot be used during Dorset school holidays.

Free Family Entry Tickets as Charity/Fundraising Requests – We are temporarily unable to issue new ones these for the remainder of 2021.
We plan to create a webpage for FFET applications so watch out for the news.

Moo Money Gift Cards
If you have a Farmer Palmer’s Gift Voucher that has expired while the park is closed, we have extended the voucher expiry dates to 30th October 2021 or 1 year from the date of purchase, whichever is first. We cannot extend the vouchers past this date if not used.
We are trying to come up with a way gift vouchers can be used on our new ticketing system, in the mean time we have come up with a work around which will enable you to still use them.
On the day of your visit you MUST bring the voucher with you. We cannot put the transaction through without the card. Please also bring another form of payment for any outstanding balance.

Want to use a gift voucher towards paying for passes?
- Please email our Annual Pass Specialists at firstname.lastname@example.org informing us you would like to buy pass and the date you are visiting.
- Please buy your admission tickets online for the date you wish to visit
- On the day you visit please speak to Charlie or Yaz, they will complete the pass paperwork.
- They will take off the admission price per pass – the pass will then include the visit that day.
Tip to help you: When the park is open, please bring your vouchers to the front desk approximately half an hour after opening.
Free Child Entry Tickets
If your little one attended a Farmer Palmer Party you may have one of these Free Child Entry Tickets.
We can accept 5 Free Child Entry Tickets per session.
To book please contact our admin team on email@example.com to book in the 1 child. The rest of the family MUST pre book their admission online via our website.
“Terms and conditions: Party bag voucher. If an event outside our control or restrictions are put upon the Farm Park we reserve the right to defer acceptance of these free entry items to a future date.”

Free Tractor Trailer Ride Vouchers
If you still have one of these vouchers we will honour them when we are able to re-open, however this promotion will not be continued into 2021.
10% Off for Selected Local Accommodation Providers, NHS and Service Personnel
We will continue to give an offer to the guests of our existing, approved, local accommodation providers; including; Blue Light Card Holders. Please note – we are not part of the official blue light scheme, and therefore do not show up on the website, but if you show your blue light card at the front desk our team can issue you with a free tractor ride token when you pay for admission.
Please note; any previous 10% discount on admission will now be in the form of a Tractor Trailer Ride Token. As our new online ticketing system is not set up to allow multiple discounts at the moment.
We will not be able to expand on these offers to new partnerships.
