Pop in for a quick play, stay all day for adventures, or visit again and again to watch the seasons change.

Once purchased:

• Your pass will normally be created within 2 working days
• You can start reserving visits immediately
• Your pass will be ready to collect when you next visit

Important:

If you purchase a 2-year-old pass, once your child turns 3 they will require a 3-year-old pass.

Families can spread the cost of their pass using GoCardless monthly payments.

Payment schedule:

• 40% when purchasing
• 25% the following month
• 20% the next month
• 15% the final month

This option is available for new passes and renewals.

To keep the farm relaxed and enjoyable for everyone, Annual Pass holders must reserve their visit before arriving.

Most pass families simply reserve their space in their Pass Holder Portal before setting off, and it usually takes less than 20 seconds especially with facial logins on phones

Reserving helps us:

• Manage busy periods in the restaurant and animal events      • Keep queues short
• Make sure there is plenty of space for children to play

To reserve your visit,

simply sign in using your email address and password (not your pass number).

If you can no longer visit, please cancel your reservation in your portal.

This allows another family to enjoy the farm that day, especially during busier periods.

It only takes a moment and helps us keep Farmer Palmer’s welcoming and relaxed for everyone.

Term Time (October – March)
Monday to Friday: 10am – 3pm
Weekends: 10am – 4pm

Dorset School Holidays
9:30am – 5pm

Closed: Thursdays in November

We love welcoming families back year after year, so existing pass holders receive loyalty renewal prices.

You can renew:

✔ Up to 90 days before expiry to spread the cost
✔ Up to 30 days after expiry and still receive your renewal price

Your renewed pass will always begin from your previous expiry date, so you never lose any time.

We’ll also send helpful reminder emails before your pass expires.

If you purchased a Winter Smart Pass, you can upgrade to a full Annual Pass for £75, saving £14 compared to buying a new Annual Pass later.

Your Winter Smart Pass expires on 13 March 2026, but upgrading means the fun can continue all year. Even better — upgrading early does not shorten your pass.

Your new Annual Pass will run for 12 months from 13 March 2026, not from the day you upgrade. You can also renew up to 90 days early and choose to spread the cost over 4 months if that suits your family.

How to Upgrade Your Winter Smart Pass

1. Go to bookings.farmerpalmers.co.uk
2. Click Annual Pass
3. Click Renew
4. Sign in using your email address and password
5. Select your Winter Smart Pass and click Renew
6. You will see confirmation that you are upgrading to the Annual Pass loyalty price of £75
7. Complete checkout and choose either full payment or the 4-month payment option

Annual Passes are non-transferable and require a photograph to be held on our closed system.

Please remember 2yr old passes are only valid until they turn 3 yrs old.

(Annual Pass Account Holders may request to cancel passes under certain circumstances, however refunds will not be given as per items 7 in our T&C’s. Please contact us).
