Charity Support Requests
We are able to offer 30 Free Family Entry Tickets per month. Please send a Stamped Addressed Envelope, with covering letter, to the address on this page. Please ensure you give us the event date and a contact email. 1st Come 1st Served.
Do I need to Pre-Book?
To receive our online discount ALL VISITS must be pre-booked. There is a higher walk up price. Please click here for our bookings page.
Lost Property
We hold lost property for appox 2 weeks. If you have lost something please email shop@farmerpalmers.co.uk with image, details and contact us phone number. We will do our very best to reunite people and favourite things.

If you're looking to find Farmer Palmer's by pedal power, you can lock your bikes up at the shop entrance (please bring your own chain and padlock)
Bringing a dog?
We have 2 large dog kennels available free of charge on a ‘first come, first served basis’ with both indoor and outdoor shelter. We can provide a security padlock.
