Charity Support Requests

We are able to offer 30 Free Family Entry Tickets per month. Please send a Stamped Addressed Envelope, with covering letter, to the address on this page. Please ensure you give us the event date and a contact email. 1st Come 1st Served.

Do I need to Pre-Book?

To receive our online discount ALL VISITS must be pre-booked. There is an on the door price. There are separate systems for Annual Pass Holders and Non-Pass Holders. Further information can be found on our NEWS PAGE.

Lost Property

We hold lost property for appox 2 weeks. If you have lost something please email [email protected] with image, details and contact us phone number. We will do our very best to reunite people and favourite things.
