What Happens on the Daytime Experience?

A normal Farmer Palmer’s visit with all the fun of the Farm Park, plus the option to add a magical visit to Father Christmas.

1. 1. We recommend that you arrive at the farm park with your family before 11.30am to make the most of your time with us, and get booked in for your Farmer Christmas Experience. Present your booking confirmation email, and barcode to our reception elves
   2. The reception elves will check you in by scanning your barcode
   3. You will then be allocated the next available time slot to enter ‘The Magical Christmas Barn’ and be given a ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’
   4. At your allocated time slot, present your ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ to Head Elf at the Magical Barn! Please arrive at your allocated time slot and not too early, otherwise you may have to queue!
   5. Enjoy magical moments with your family as your wander through the barn, meeting our top team of elves and other festive friends – the anticipation will build until you finally find yourself in Farmer Christmas’ living room!
   6. Children can then swap their ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ for a gift from ‘Ye Olde Toy Shoppe’

Please note to enter the Magical Christmas Barn a Farmer Christmas Experience ticket is required.

Please note: Families who want to see Farmer Christmas please arrange to arrive together so you can go in as group. Parents do NOT need to pay for experience tickets, only admission.

How To Book Christmas Daytime Tickets

1. 1. Head to the booking site
   2. Choose the date you’d like to visit: 12^th, 13^th, (16th & 17th quieter sessions) 18th, 19^th, 20^th  21^st, 22^nd & 23^rd
   3. Select the number of tickets
   4. You’ll then have the opportunity to add your child’s ‘Farmer Christmas Experience’ ticket. You will need one ticket for each child receiving a gift from Farmer Christmas
   5. Complete your booking – we can’t wait to see you!

• Times: 4.00pm – 8pm
• Children’s Tickets: £28.50
• Adult Tickets: £13.00

Twilight is a separately ticketed event. Annual Passes do not cover admission.

What Happens on the Twilight Experience?

1. 1. We recommend that you arrive at the farm park with your family at between 4 pm & 4:30 pm to make the most of your time with us, and get booked in for your Twilight Experience.
   2. Present your booking confirmation email, and barcode to our reception elves
   3. The reception elves will check you in by scanning your barcode
   4. You will then be allocated the next available time slot to enter ‘The Magical Christmas Barn’ and parents will be given a ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ as well as a voucher card (which can be swapped in the Hen House for mulled wine or £3 off when you spend £10 or more in our restaurant- please refer to T&Cs at the end).
   5. At your allocated time slot, present your ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ to Head Elf at the Magical Barn! Please arrive at your allocated time slot and not too early, otherwise you may have to queue!
   6. Enjoy magical moments with your family as you wander through the barn, meeting our top team of elves and other festive friends – the anticipation will build until you finally find yourself in ‘Farmer Christmas’s’ living room!
   7. Children can then swap their ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ for a gift from ‘Ye Olde Toy Shoppe’.
   8. Once you have finished the Christmas Barn experience, head to our Hen House restaurant for your little ones to enjoy their meal (included in their Twilight ticket price)! As part of your experience our animals in Big Barn are super keen to meet you. You can also make the most of the indoor and undercover play areas!

Do I need a ticket for my baby?  Under 2’s don’t need a ticket unless you’d like them to receive a gift!

Are Annual Passes valid? For the day time event you can simply add the Farmer Chrismas visit. If you are joining our Twilight Event passholders must buy tickets.

Can grandparents join us? Of course, normal admission applies in the day and event admission for Twilight.

What happens if the weather is bad? There is plenty of undercover facilities so the events will run.

Is the Christmas Barn indoors? Yes and the Animal Barn and play barns

Can we take photographs? Absolutely, the more the better, we love to see them
