The Winter Smart Pass is valid from 01.09.26 to 15.03.27

Your Winter Smart Pass offers a warm place for your children to play this winter! If you are looking to visit Farmer Palmers only 3 times (or more!) across 6+ months, then this is the pass for you!

Unlimited access the park and all our animal activities from 1st September 2026 to the 15th March 2027 INCLUDING Halloween Half Term, Christmas, and February Half Term!

Please note we will be closed every Thursday throughout November to set up our Farmer Christmas/Twilight Experiences, and for approximately 18 days across the Christmas period.

Please note:

Passes are per named individual at £42.50 pp and are non-transferable.

There is an instalment option at checkout to spread the cost across 4 months.

Passes purchased online will be available for collection at your next visit.

Pass Holders:

• Once you have purchased your pass (Annual or Winter) please ensure you reserve your space prior to each visit. If you are bringing friends or family there is an option to prebook entry tickets when you reserve your visit, along with any extras that may be available (Farmer Christmas tickets, Halloween Candy dash, Farmer Palmer T-shirt etc…)

To Reserve Your Space/Book Your Visits:

Log on to your account via your account portal. Choose the date you wish to visit, select all active pass/es of those who wish to attend, and click to reserve! This is to avoid disappointment during busier periods, we cannot guarantee you a space if you do not book.

   2. Click the Reserve Visit button
   3. Choose the date you would like to visit – Select
   4. Log in and choose who is coming
   5. Choose the number of adult and child tickets
   6. Select if you would like to purchase any extra items (If no select No)
   7. Continue to select, Click to Reserve, and Update
   8. Check your order (you can amend it at this point)
   9. Proceed to secure checkout
   10. Tick the data processing box and RESERVE – all done.

We do not post tickets, but you will receive an email confirmation that includes a barcode for each visitor.

To redeem entry please have your barcodes ready for our admissions team to scan on arrival
