1. What Happens on the Daytime Experience?

   We are offering a cheaper tickets for our Christmas event (18th & 19th December for £TBC). You will find that we will have fewer staff as some of our elves will be helping behind the scenes, getting ready for the weekends. During the week, you will still be able to walk through our Magical barn, meet Farmer Christmas, and collect a gift from the Ye Olde Toy Shoppe!

   1. Arrive at the farm park with your family before 11.30am (this is essential to avoid disappointment)
   2. Present your booking confirmation email, and barcode to our reception elves
   3. The reception elves will check you in by scanning your barcode
   4. You will then be allocated the next available time slot to enter ‘The Magical Christmas Barn’ and be given a ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’
   5. Present your ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ to Head Elf on arrival at the Magical Barn at your allocated time slot, please do not arrive too early as this causes a queue (and we know how much excited children hate waiting!)
   6. Enjoy magical moments with your family as your wander through the barn, meeting our top team of elves and other festive friends – the anticipation will build until you finally find yourself in ‘Farmer Christmas’s’ living room!
   7. Children can then swap their ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ for a top quality gift from ‘Ye Olde Toy Shoppe’

2. How To Book Christmas Daytime Tickets

1. 1. Head to the booking site
   2. Choose the date you’d like to visit
   3. Select the number, and ticket type of everyone who is coming
   4. You’ll then have the opportunity to ADD-ON your child’s Farmer Christmas Experience tickets, you’ll need one ticket for each child who wants to enter the Magical Christmas Barn and receive a gift from Farmer Christmas
   5. Checkout and pay.

3. Do I Need a Ticket for My Baby for the Daytime Experience?

These tickets are for every child who wants to enter the barn and receive a gift, regardless of age. Under 2s and babes in arms still need a ticket if you’d like them to receive a gift.

If you have an under 2/babe in arms who is accompanying you into the barn with your other child (who has a ticket), you do not need to buy them a separate ticket – unless you want them to receive a gift too.

We do not allow families into the Magical Barn unless they have at least one child’s Farmer Christmas Experience ticket.

If the event could not happen for an unforeseen reason out of our control, we will offer a full refund on all event tickets (minus any transaction fees).

4. What Happens on the Twilight Experience?

1. 1. Arrive at the farm park with your family at 4.45pm
   2. Present your booking confirmation email, and barcode to our reception elves
   3. The reception elves will check you in by scanning your barcode
   4. You will then be allocated the next available time slot to enter ‘The Magical Christmas Barn’ and parents will be given a ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ as well as a voucher card (which can be swapped in the Hen House for a hot drink or £3 off food – please refer to T&Cs at the end).
   5. Present your ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ to Head Elf on arrival at the Magical Barn at your allocated time slot, please do not arrive too early as this causes a queue (and we know how excited children get and hate waiting!)
   6. Enjoy magical moments with your family as you wander through the barn, meeting our top team of elves and other festive friends – the anticipation will build until you finally find yourself in ‘Farmer Christmas’s’ living room!
   7. Children can then swap their ‘Farmer Christmas Experience Card’ for a top-quality gift from ‘Ye Olde Toy Shoppe’ at the end of the barn experience.Once you have finished the Christmas barn experience, you can head into the Hen House for your little one to enjoy their meal (included in their Twilight ticket price), or take a wander down to the Big Barn to see the animals, or venture to the indoor play areas such as Straw Mountain, Soft Play, Little Farmer’s Barn etc.

5. Do I Need a Ticket for My Baby for the Twilight Experience?

If you have an under 2/babe in arms who is accompanying you into the barn with your other child (who has a ticket), you do not need to buy them a separate ticket – unless you want them to receive a gift too. We do not allow families into the Magical Barn unless they have at least one Child’s Experience ticket.

7. What Does an Adult Twilight Ticket Include?

• Admission to the Farm Park
• A free mug of festive mulled wine (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options)
• OR £3 off in the Hen House Restaurant

£3 Off Voucher T&Cs:

• Only to be used in the Hen House Restaurant on the date you’ve received the voucher.
• £3 off when you spend £10 or more.
• This voucher is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers.
