Winter Pass Holders: Upgrade to an Annual Pass (and save £14!)

Your Winter Pass(es) expire on 13th March 2026 — but you don’t have to stop the fun there.

If you’ve loved visiting over winter, you can upgrade to an Annual Pass at our online renewal price of £75 (saving £14 compared to buying a new Annual Pass later).

Good news: upgrading early won’t make you lose any time — your Annual Pass will run for 12 months from 13th March 2026, not from the day you pay.

You can also spread the cost over 4 months.

This pass CANNOT BE EXTENDED, but it CAN BE TURNED into an annual pass. (read below – How to turn your Winter Pass into an Annual Pass).

How You Can Turn Your Winter Pass to our Great Value Annual Pass?

Spread the cost of a new pass or renewal OVER 4 MONTHS via GoCardless.
This easy payment option means YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MISS OUT ON YOUR RENEWAL DISCOUNT.

Pay 40% on the day of purchase
then 25% the following month
then 20% the next month
and 15% on the last month.

Monday to Friday in Term Time (October – March) 10am – 3pm.
Weekends in Term Time (all year apart from school holidays) – 10am to 4pm.
Dorset School Holidays: 9.30am – 5pm.

If you purchase an annual pass in our shop on your way out, we will deduct your same-day admission ticket price, off of the pass price!

We would normally aim to create your Farmer Palmer’s Annual Pass within 2 working days and they are ready to collect when you visit but you can RESERVE SPACES as soon your purchase has gone through.

You can renew 90 days early to help spread the cost. We will ensure the start date of your renewed pass will be from the expiry date of your current pass.

Don’t worry, if you forget to renew you have 30 days post expiry date where you are still entitled to the renewal discount each year. We will send you reminder emails. Simply sign in to your customer portal (using the green button above) to check expiry dates.

To visit you must SIGN IN via your pass portal to reserve your space. This is to avoid disappointment during busier periods, we cannot guarantee you a space if you do not book.

Can’t come? Please go in and CANCEL your space for others who wish to come. You need your EMAIL ADDRESS and a PASSWORD (not your pass number!)

You will automatically be sent a reminder 30 days and then again 7 days before expiry. Please use the Online Renewal page (see link above).

If your email address is up to date on our system we will be sending you 2 reminder emails to help you know when your pass is going to expire. click here to RENEW.
