Happy’s Circus Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Happy’s circus Big Top Family Performance takes place on Saturday 29th August and Sunday 30th August 2026.
All Happy’s Circus tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the circumstances outlined below.
Customer Cancellation
If you are unable to attend your booked performance, tickets are non-refundable. Any ticket transfers remain entirely at the discretion of Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park and are subject to availability.
Weather Conditions
The Happy’s Circus Big Top is fully covered and performances will normally proceed in wet weather.
Tickets will not be refunded due to rain, showers, cold weather or other typical British weather conditions.
Severe Weather or Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled or cannot proceed due to severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control, Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park will endeavour to offer customers:
- A transfer to an alternative Happy’s Circus performance (subject to availability); or
• A Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park gift voucher equal to the value of the cancelled circus admission element of the ticket.
For Farm Park & Circus tickets, any voucher offered will relate to the circus element only, as admission to Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park remains available.
Where neither option is reasonably available, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park.
Farm Park & Circus Tickets
Where a Farm Park & Circus performance is cancelled due to severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control, customers will be offered the same options outlined above.
Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park reserves the right to amend performance times, seating arrangements or operational details where reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.
